The Grace

At more than 3,000 square feet, the home’s open floor plan seamlessly flows from living room to kitchen to dining room.  With a large back kitchen, food prep and cleanup is hidden from the main entertaining spaces. Secondary spaces on the main floor also include the master bedroom suite, office, and owner’s entry with laundry. The home’s second floor offers ample room for guests with a bunk room, sitting area and two additional guest bedrooms. An optional private suite can be built on the second floor of the carriage house.
